At the cash register when customers paid the bill, I told them I add yet another product to clean up their engine to solve its present issue. And to drive for a week with it in the car, then drive inin in a week to do an oil change and add a couple protectors to prevent such future troubles.
That became a kind of loyalty building, but a $100 more profitable thing customers came to me for oil changes.
These little actions added up to a couple thousand dollars more income.
More good besides picking up a couple hundred dollars more work from customers that had a 50% more profit to it.
A customer retuned about 6 month later and said he had an oil changes and the car reverted back to its oil buring. "Could I put my worn motor treatment back in it, to keep it from getting worst again?
