That became a kind of loyalty-building marketing, adding an extra $100 to $400 in profit and returning customers for their oil changes. Giving many customers reason to have all the components so service for added enhancement to its longer life.
These little actions added up to a couple of thousand dollars more income.
More good besides picking up a couple of hundred dollars more work from customers, resulting in a 50% more profit increase.
