The Sales Representative role is broken into 3 areas:

Phase 1 - Prospecting, cold calling, selling, performing property inspections, contingency and/or service agreements, assisting clients you enlist to take advantages of all marketing events

What is expected:

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle including lead generation, generating customer proposals, job day production oversight, collection of customer payments, and ensuring job profitability.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information, changes, feedback on customers, leads and other relevant information to the company, the company CRM, Sales Managers, Coordinators, Field Trainers, and the Owner.
  • Participate in company safety meetings, sales meetings, or training meetings to advance any necessary learning/training to improve as a Sales Associate.
  • Learn Mighty Dog Virtual Training Platform. This training is key to our long-term success as an industry Sales Associate.
  • Keep production and accounts receivable department aware of any changes in your jobs, or customer demands, change orders, or other pertinent information.
  • Ensure jobs sold and contacted achieve a minimum gross profit margin of 30%
  • Turn in pay requests on time per the Company pay request/payroll schedule.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Achieve a minimum of $120,000 in monthly contracted sales, that is actual jobs turned into build (during the peak selling months of March to November).
