I have 2 motorcycles. This 1984 Yamaha Maxim and a 1996 Honda Shadow. Both had valve troubles. Engine repair runs over $1500 to do a valve job. However, I learned some tricks and techniques with additives that ends them quickly. A DIY method.

I bought a 96 Honda Shadow with 10,000 miles on it from an older feller. It looked brand new - but had serious valve tap and backfire problems.
The owner had used Lucas to try and rid the motor of the problem, but Lucas could not end the problem.
So, he next took it to a bike shop and had them tune it, change the oil, and do other work.
After that service the valves problem continued, and $2000 worth of engine work was the only remedy the bike shop offered him.
So, he sold the motorcycle to me - with the valves tapping and backfire problem - and I decided to try my engine treatment from Mega Power additive method used over the years.
